SHIPPING POLICY

At Little Japan, we use multiple freight carries across Australia to offer our customers the best value
freight services available.


Our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment. (A slight delay can occur if a Show
or Sale is in progress)
 
Parcel Post estimated delivery times
Auspost's Parcel Post network covers all of Australia.


Sending within same state (NSW)
Metro: up to 2 business days
Country: up to 5 business days
 
Sending interstate
Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points
Country: please ask at your local Post Office

EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES

The Express Post next business day delivery network covers 80% of Australian business addresses,
private addresses and Post Office Boxes.


Next business day service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only)
and some major centres. Outside capital cities, next business day service is to and from townships
only.


If your item is for an address outside the Express Post next business day network, we'll use our
fastest available transport links, but it won't be delivered the next business day.

RETURNS POLICY FOR JAPANESE GOODS

Effective Date: 14/10/24


At Japanese Goods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we
are happy to assist with returns, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Please note, we do
not offer returns for change of mind.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Items: The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

  • Incorrect Items: You received the wrong item in your order.

  • Not fit for purpose or consumption: The product is not fit for purpose or has expired.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@littlejapan.com.au with your order number, a
description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. We will assess the issue and arrange for return shipping at no cost to you, if applicable.
3. You will have the option to receive a replacement, or full refund as per Australian Consumer
Law.
4. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us.
5. Once the item is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of
your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10

  • business days.

  • Shipping costs: If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, all shipping costs will be

  • covered.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable

  • return shipping costs.
